  2. Consultation

    Straight after you order, you'll get a link to Louise's consultation form. It takes about 10 minutes and tells her exactly what your skin needs.

  3. Skin-soul activation

    A discovery session with Louise by Zoom or phone.

  4. Your prescription

    Louise blends your serums and creams by hand and sends them to you.

Who it's for

When off-the-shelf won't do

Louise leaves out any oils that aren't right for you. Bespoke skincare is especially helpful if you:

  • Have allergies or very sensitive skin
  • Live with eczema or psoriasis
  • Are going through menopause
  • Are oestrogen dominant, or have hormonal sensitivities

What happens after I order?

Your order confirmation email has a link to Louise's consultation form, with questions about your skin, health and daily routine. Once you've sent it, Louise gets in touch to arrange a Discovery Skin-Soul Activation by Zoom or phone, then makes your products.

Can I order more later?

Yes. Get in touch with Louise when you need a top-up, and she can add to or adjust your blend.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, at an extra cost for shipping.
