Welcome to Rhythm of Beauty. These Terms & Conditions explain the terms on which we provide our botanical skincare products, treatments, one-to-one seasonal alignments, training programmes, workshops and retreats.
By placing an order or making a booking, you agree to the applicable terms below. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients and prices are accurate, although minor presentation differences may occur.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it. If a product becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.
Prices and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Payment and Delivery
Payment must be completed using the methods offered at checkout or agreed at the time of booking.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. If no other timeframe has been agreed, goods will generally be delivered within 30 days, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Please contact us promptly if your order has not arrived or arrives damaged.
4. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Products
We take care when preparing and packaging our botanical skincare products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at louiserhythmofbeauty@gmail.com or on 07552 127427 as soon as possible. Photographs may help us assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we generally ask that products being returned are unused, unopened and in their original packaging where applicable.
However, this does not remove any statutory cancellation rights that apply to online purchases, or your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Certain exceptions to cancellation rights may apply, including to qualifying sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, you must notify us within the relevant cancellation period and follow the applicable return instructions. Unless the goods are faulty or another rule applies, you may be responsible for return postage where you have been informed of this in advance.
Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
5. Treatments and One-to-One Seasonal Alignments
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Please arrive at the agreed time and inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
If you need to cancel, please contact us directly. Any appointment-specific cancellation notice periods or charges will be explained when you book and will be fair and proportionate to the circumstances.
If we need to cancel your appointment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund.
6. Training, Workshops and Courses
Rhythm of Beauty offers seasonal alignment training, botanical skincare education, workshops and other learning experiences.
Course dates, locations, prices, payment arrangements, inclusions and any prerequisites will be provided in the relevant course description.
Course materials, kits and other inclusions will be specified for each offering. Access to a course or training place is personal to the named participant unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfers, rescheduling and refunds will be handled according to the specific booking conditions and applicable consumer law.
7. Retreats and Events
Retreats and events may require deposits and advance payments to secure accommodation, venues, catering, materials and other arrangements.
The deposit amount, balance payment deadline and any retreat-specific cancellation arrangements will be provided before you confirm your booking.
Deposits are generally intended to cover the commitment involved in reserving your place and making advance arrangements. Where a deposit is described as non-refundable, any amount retained following cancellation must still comply with applicable consumer law and be fair and proportionate.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually. Please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.
If Rhythm of Beauty cancels a retreat or event, we will notify affected participants and explain the available options, including any refund due under the applicable terms and law.
Participants are responsible for arranging suitable travel insurance where appropriate. Unless expressly stated in the retreat description, travel, flights and personal expenses are not included in the retreat price.
Any accommodation, transport or other services supplied by third parties may also be subject to their own terms.
8. Skincare, Botanical Products and Wellbeing
Our botanical skincare products, flower essences, oils and holistic beauty practices are intended to support personal skincare and wellbeing.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, nor to replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Please read product ingredients and instructions before use. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, check suitability before applying a product. We recommend a patch test where appropriate.
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek professional advice if needed.
Information shared through our trainings, retreats and educational materials is for general educational purposes and should not be treated as individual medical advice.
9. Participant Responsibility and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during treatments, workshops and retreats.
Please tell us in advance about relevant allergies, accessibility requirements or other needs that may affect safe participation. We will handle this information appropriately.
Some activities may involve movement, outdoor environments, botanical materials or personal reflection. Please follow the guidance provided by the facilitator and let us know if you need support or wish to withdraw from an activity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
10. Intellectual Property
All original Rhythm of Beauty content, including written materials, training protocols, course resources, photographs, artwork, branding and educational materials, belongs to Rhythm of Beauty or its respective rights holder unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for personal use by the purchaser or participant. They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, taught or used commercially without prior written permission.
Purchasing a course or attending a training does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
11. Website Use
We aim to keep our website accurate and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be free from errors.
Website content may be updated from time to time. Changes to these Terms & Conditions will apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively remove rights under an existing contract.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.
12. Privacy
We use personal information to process orders, manage bookings, respond to enquiries and provide our services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
