How long will my order take?

Everything is made by hand, to order, rather than sitting on a shelf. At busy times, please allow a week to ten days for your order to be made and sent.

I've booked a session. What happens next?

Louise will be in touch to arrange a time with you. She doesn't work on Mondays.

Can I have products made just for me?

Yes. If you have allergies, sensitive skin or hormonal needs, Bespoke Prescriptive Skincare begins with a consultation with Louise.
