Join us on our very first retreat of 2025 at the sacred time of Imbolc and align with the energy of Spring. A time for detoxification and purification of mind, body and spirit.

Imbolc is a sacred threshold of time and space in the wheel of the year. It brings us the sanctuary of light and the treasures of hope and promise of renewal.

The wheel is turning and the earth energies are beginning to wake up from the hibernation of the wintering days. This spiralling of energy is magnetic and of biomancy which speaks a language to our very own physiology, DNA and elemental wiring. We will open our tap roots to tap into this earth emergence and the return of the light

Celestially the timing of this Imbolc retreat is after lunar Imbolc and will be held at the powerful waxing crescent new moon of Aquarius -The Water Bearer , this is serendipitous in itself .

The Outline of the day

• Welcome Imbolc Kombucha, opening circle of Imbolc intentions and alignment

• Imbolc Journey , Activation and Guided Meditation

• Forage and Create with Emma from Wild Pickle (please bring suitable footwear/clothes for outside foraging )Explore the flora and fauna of imbolc in expert foraging hands on our land

• Seasonal Vegetarian Lunch ( Please on time of booking refer us to food allergies or sensitivities)

• Regroup and Ground

• Barre by Barre Swan Arms -Open Heart Movement and Breathe Work with Erin ( please bring yoga mat and Blanket)

• Time to Ground, Integrate and Share before we close down the circle.

All through the day you will be invited in to a deeply nourishing and transformative sacred space to commence your journey with the rhythm of beauty into the year of 2025 , the year of the wood snake
